La clase se lleva a cabo en la oficina de PASCO y la dirige EdCor. Esta es una clase de inscripción abierta disponible para todos los estudiantes.

El curso para proveedores de BLS enseña habilidades de soporte vital básico (PCR, DEA) tanto para un solo socorrista como para un equipo, para su aplicación en entornos prehospitalarios y dentro del centro, con un enfoque en RCP de alta calidad y dinámica de equipo.

Qué se cubre en este curso

  • Los pasos de las Cadenas de Supervivencia
  • Cómo realizar RCP de alta calidad en un adulto, un niño y un bebé
  • Cómo utilizar un DEA
  • Dinámica de equipo eficaz en una reanimación con varios rescatistas.
  • Cómo tratar consideraciones especiales en soporte vital básico
  • Cómo aliviar la obstrucción de las vías respiratorias corporales en un adulto, un niño y un bebé


Durante el curso hay mucha práctica práctica.


The class is held at the PASCO office and conducted by EdCor. This is a open enrollment class available to all students. 


The BLS Provider course teaches both single-rescuer and team basic life support skills (CRP, AED) for application in both prehospital and in-facility environments, with a focus on High-Quality CPR and team dynamics.
 

What is covered in this course

  • The steps of the Chains of Survival
  • How to perform high-quality CPR for an adult, a child and an infant
  • How to use an AED
  • Effective team dynamics in a multi rescuer resuscitation
  • How to treat special considerations in basic life support
  • How to relieve for-body airway obstruction for an adult, a child and an infant

During the course there is lots of hands-on practice..


 

Corporate\Direct Bill Students

  • If you are affiliated with a Employer or Group that has a contracted rate or allows for direct billing.
  • Select the appropriate selection within the Registration Type.
  • This will display the contracted price or the deposit amount based upon selected Employer\Group. If the Employer\Group allows for direct billing, your payment\deposit will be refunded to you when you show up to the class and the Employer\Group will be invoiced.
  • If the invoice is denied or rejected by the Employer\Group you are responsible for payment and all materials
  • If you select an Employer\Group for which you are not authorized for, you are responsbile for payement for the class and all materials.

Class Materials (manuals, online key codes)

  • Class materials if needed can be purchased while registering for the class.
  • You can bring an existing manual to class if have one or your facility has them available.
  • If you do not purchase the required materials or have them available at class and pick them at class or have them sent to you at the class, if you have a card on file the charges will be charged to the card on file. If you do not have a card on file you will be sent an invoice, we are not able to issue certifications when there is an outstanding balance.

 If your schedule changes please contact EdCor as early as possible to avoid any fees and to allow the slot in the class to be opened to another student.
