QMAP Retest

The Qualified Medication Administration Personnel (QMAP) class

Teaches unlicensed staff members to safely administer medications in certain settings where it's authorized by law. This course does not lead to certification or licensure. You will be considered "Qualified" to administer medications.

You must have attended a EdCor QMAP or QMAP online class within the last 60 days to attend a QMAP Retest class. 

Course Flow

  1. The QMAP retest is on day 2 of a standard QMAP class
  2. You will be taking the written test and the hands on testing

Pre-requisites

  • Students must, read, write and speak English.
  • Students should have basic math skills.
  • Student must bring a valid photo ID to the class.
  • Ahead of the class review your materials from your original class and study any sections you had difficulty with
  • Go back through the QMAP online modules.

Upon succesful completion of the class students receive a certificate of completion and are added to the State of Colorado QMAP registry.


 

Corporate\Direct Bill Students

  • If you are affiliated with a Employer or Group that has a contracted rate or allows for direct billing.
  • Select the appropriate selection within the Registration Type.
  • This will display the contracted price or the deposit amount based upon selected Employer\Group. If the Employer\Group allows for direct billing, your payment\deposit will be refunded to you when you show up to the class and the Employer\Group will be invoiced.
  • If the invoice is denied or rejected by the Employer\Group you are responsible for payment and all materials
  • If you select an Employer\Group for which you are not authorized for, you are responsbile for payement for the class and all materials.

Class Materials (manuals, online key codes)

  • Class materials if needed can be purchased while registering for the class.
  • You can bring an existing manual to class if have one or your facility has them available.
  • If you do not purchase the required materials or have them available at class and pick them at class or have them sent to you at the class, if you have a card on file the charges will be charged to the card on file. If you do not have a card on file you will be sent an invoice, we are not able to issue certifications when there is an outstanding balance.

 If your schedule changes please contact EdCor as early as possible to avoid any fees and to allow the slot in the class to be opened to another student.
